What we do today
More than 3,824 graduates. More than 478 plants and companies along the way.
Our schools in Tel Aviv and Beer Sheva run tracks for individuals, engineers, and corporate training. Every week new students enter the booths, learn to read a job, keep safety first, and build confidence that holds outside the classroom. These numbers are not decoration. They are people who went to work, teams that returned for advanced training, and plants that keep sending workers because they see results on the floor.
Challenges along the way
Advancing an industrial craft in Israel is never a straight line. There is a shortage of skilled welders, pressure from plant schedules, and a gap between what is written on paper and what happens at the arc. There were years of building equipment from scratch, expanding classrooms, recruiting teachers and inspectors, and adapting programs to changing industry needs. Every challenge sharpened one rule: quality is not only a clean bead. It is a person ready for real workload.
Partners on the road
We do not walk alone. Beside us stand plants, contractors, training bodies, and welding inspectors who believe in a high standard. Our partners send workers, open doors for practice, and bring feedback from the field. That feedback rebuilds the courses again and again: what to drill more, what to stress in safety, and how to prepare a graduate who does not only pass an exam, but holds a trade.
The vision ahead
Our vision is simple and large in the same breath: keep advancing welding in Israel, grow local industry, and pass on knowledge built across generations. We want more graduates steady at the booth, more plants with strong crews, and another generation that understands welding is not only a job. It is infrastructure for safety, construction, and an Israeli industry that grows the right way.
